Comprehensive camera inspection at the output of the line in cooperation with the robot
We replaced the original output part of the line with a robot and two cameras for precise optical quality control of the products.
The evaluation is based on dimensional measurements with an accuracy of more than ± 0.1 mm and deformation detection using neural networks. In addition, the implemented ELVAC Vision solution enables reading of DMC codes with their validation and creation of comprehensive statistics of measured values with the possibility of export.
The provided system increases the reliability of output control and makes the operator’s job easier.
